As part of our program of continual upgrades and improvements to the MetaMizer 240SSS, we have been refining the user interface to increase the visibility of system functions, as well as the inputs and outputs.
The new display screen shows:
The Boiler Element Status
Boiler, Feedwater and Blowdown Tank filling status
Vacuum System Status
Sterilization timers and Total Cycle Time
Steam injection status: Inlet Chamber and Steam Jackets
Access to Process Trends.
The new sterilisation screen shows:
Sterilization timers
System pressure
Expanded temperature gauge.
These changes, along with many others, have been designed to make the MetaMizer easier to use, and to provide greater clarity and ease of access to important data for MetaMizer operators.
